At Devbies, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Since our products are made to order, returns are accepted only for eligible issues such as damaged, defective, incorrect, or manufacturing-related problems.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • The item you received is incorrect or not as described.
  • The product has a manufacturing issue.
Please note: As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or personal preference changes.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email our support team at support@devbies.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8089771137 within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. Approval and instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, you may not need to send the item back.
  3. Replacement or refund: Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items, unless defective or incorrect.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Orders beyond the 7-day return window.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
