- The product has a manufacturing issue.
Please note: As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or personal preference changes.
How to Request a Return

- Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, you may not need to send the item back.
- Replacement or Refund – Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized items (unless defective or incorrect).
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Orders beyond the 7-day return window.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
